Team Registration
& Season Roster

Submitted to the League sports office (Regulation §3.1). Minimum registration — 11 players (10 skaters + 1 goalie) by 30 September 2026 (§3.1.1). The main roster is completed before the start of the championship; new players may be added until the last round of the regular season, free of charge (§3.1.1, §3.6).

Limits: season roster up to 30 players; match sheet up to 20 skaters + 2 goalies; to start a match at least 5 skaters + 1 goalie (§3.4). Age: from 16 on the date of the first match, no upper limit; players aged 16–17 attach the Parental Consent BHC-02 (§3.3). Documents of a newly added player (roster entry, Player Waiver BHC-03, medical clearance and insurance, BHC-02 if 16–17) must reach the League secretariat by the player's first game, before the match sheet is signed (§3.1.2).

3 Declaration

By signing this form, the team manager confirms that: the roster data are accurate; every listed player holds valid sports insurance covering ice hockey and has no medical contraindications (§3.7); written parental/guardian consent is attached for players aged 16–17 (§3.3); every player has signed the Player Waiver BHC-03; each player is registered for one BHC team only (§3.5); the team accepts the BHC 2026/27 Regulation and the Fair Play Code (§12). The team pays the team fee of €2,500 for the season in full by the date announced by the League and before its first match (§11.5.4).
